The museum at the Lincoln Aero Club houses artefacts and memorabilia of the club and airfield  from when  it was used by the USA Airforce  and their involvement with the surrounding area.

A recent visitor from America was astounded when she realised that her wedding photo was on display here.


We now have a 5* rated kitchen in the clubhouse serving delicious hot and cold meals and wide range of beverages.

Now serving full Sunday roasts every other week,We cater for vegetarians and most allergies.

There is a good range of beverages to quench your thirst and truly scrumptious home made cakes.

We have a fully licensed bar serving soft and alcoholic beverages.

The Lincoln Aero club cafe is located in THE OLD CONTROL TOWER.

The famous coal fired Chippy in the local village of Upton is still in operation on Saturdays from 11:00 to 13:00 and is a short walk away from the airfield. Join the members who enjoy the Saturday feast and cadge a lift if you don’t fancy the walk.

The Upton Parish Church has recently erected and consecrated a war memorial. The memorial is a short walk from the chippy just south of the front of the church.

Eastern Air Executive, a 'one stop' location and General Aviation facility offering a wealth of experience from an established team of engineers and associated personnel. Based at Sturgate Airport between Lincoln and Gainsborough, Eastern Air Executive is ideally located for access by air or land, and close to railway stations.

The engineering facility is managed by Dave Smith. A well known aircraft engineer, apprentice trained with over 30 years in aircraft maintenance, Dave has always specialised in the General Aviation industry and has written articles on Piper, Cessna and other types of aircraft. With a wide range of engineering qualifications Dave and his team of engineers can also maintain and repair FAA registered aircraft.
